①目的：花生是一种重要的食物过敏原，其临床严重程度和患病率不断上升，尤其是在一些西方国家。然而，来自中国的研究数据很少。②方法：详细病史;花生皮肤点刺破试验;花生特异性IgE (ImmunoCAP);花生提取液SDS-PAGE电泳，免疫印迹。③结果：8名受试者的平均年龄为24岁，从3岁到64岁不等。花生提取过程中鉴定出14条蛋白条带，其中63 kd、41.7 kd、39 kd、34.8 kd、17.9 kd蛋白丰富条带5条。过敏病人血清至少识别出8个条带。这些过敏的蛋白质分子量为17.9 kd(4/8),23.5 kd(被血清4/8),41.7 kd(被血清4/8),48.5 kd(被血清5/8),63 kd(4/8),34.8 kd(1/8),39 kd(3/8),53 kd(2/8)。结论：④患者对花生致敏成分的反应存在个体差异。
Analysis of Peanut Allergenic Components for Chinese Patients
RATIONALE: Peanut is an important food allergen because of its clinical severity and increasing prevalence, especially in some western countries. However few data came from China.
METHODS: A careful history; skin prick test for peanut; specific IgE for peanut (ImmunoCAP); peanut challenge test, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis for peanut extract, immunoblot.
RESULTS: Eight subjects had the mean age 24 ranging from 3 to 64 years old. Fourteen protein bands were identified in the peanut extraction, with five protein abundant bands at 63 kd, 41.7 kd, 39 kd, 34.8 kd, and 17.9 kd. At least eight bands were identified by the allergic sera. These allergenic proteins had molecular weights of 17.9 kd (recognized by 4/8 sera), 23.5 kd (recognized by 4/8 sera), 41.7 kd (recognized by 4/8 sera), 48.5 kd (recognized by 5/8 sera), 63 kd (recognized by 4/8 sera), 34.8 kd (recognized by 1/8 sera), 39 kd (recognized by 3/8 sera), 53 kd (recognized by 2/8 sera).respectively.
CONCLUSIONS: Patients showed individual difference in view of reaction to the peanut allergenic components
